C) 1937. With Thyra & Martha Deam under OxBow arbor. Fursman rented the 1859 Lighthouse from Gov't about 1915-1935 for $10/year. Deams sublet about 1933-5, then rented from gov't about 1936-7, before purchase closed. Founder of OxBow. Close friend & predecessor of Arthur F Deam
